In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen events that cannot be certified, penalty fees will be charged in relation to the individual services comprising the tour/tour package or sold individually.
In the specific case of tour packages, cancellation fees charged by Providers may amount to the full value of the booked service (hotel, tour, experiences, transfer service).
