Cheese Factory Tour

During the guided tour, you will closely observe the technologies used in cheese production, from milk processing to aging.

Cheese-making Workshop

During the daily work, our dairymen will teach you how to make mozzarella and burrata. After the unusual lesson, it will be your turn!

Bakery Tour

At the beginning, our bakers will show you how to make handmade pasta and our traditional Apulian taralli. Then, it will be your turn!

Bread-making Workshop

Participate in a bread workshop to learn traditional baking techniques.

- A full refund is available only if the cancellation request is received at least 3 days before the scheduled tour departure date. Otherwise, the full cost of the tour will be charged.
• Cancellation Within 3 Days of Departure:
- If the cancellation occurs within 3 days of the tour departure date, 100% of the tour fee will be charged as a cancellation penalty. This policy is applied to ensure the reservation of services and cover any incurred expenses.
